Terms and Conditions
This page describes the Terms and Conditions to list your profile on this site. There is a set up fee of $50.00 which includes your first year fee of $25.00. The annual fee will be billed each year at your anniversary date.
Section 1: Purpose of Captivating Speakers Website
- Captivating Speakers website, herein the “site” is primarily designed for the event planner or conference coordinator to locate, research,and possibly engage, the participant(s) to perform at their respective function.
- The “site” will not act as a booking agent or representative for ANY participant.
- The “site” will not endorse or promote any one participant over another.
- The “site” will exalt the name of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- The “site” will place the participants name in the appropriate category based on a random generator. Not alphabetical, experience, higher fee paid, or endorsement. We are all level at the Foot of the Cross.
- The “site” agrees to use the highest degree of technology available within reasonable investment to gather as many “hits” as possible within the World Wide Web.
- The “site” does not guarantee any bookings, gigs, performances, or any other engagement type activities.
- This “site” is sponsored and owned by: Erin Campbell Ministries, Inc. a 501 (c) (3) designate.
- This agreement will be between Erin Campbell Ministries, herein “Us”, and you the Participant.
Section 2: Your personal page within Captivating Speakers Website
Upon execution of this agreement, your personal page will include the following Mandatory and Optional items:
Mandatory
- Your statement of Faith which will be posted on your page.
- A letter of endorsement from your Pastor, Minister, or Clergy which will be posted on your page.
- Biography of you. Include your testimony.
Optional
- Your picture that you provide to us. (1 - 240x320 pixels and 1 - 75x100 pixels.)
- An audio and video file for us to upload a sample of your talk, singing or other. (Must be 5 minutes or less.)
- Your schedule/itinerary of events.
- Link to your website, if you have one.
- Sample topics of talks, worship, or act.
- Contact me/request information ability.
- An audio file (complete) if you have been interviewed on Water through the Word Radio.
- A personal administrative portal that you will be given, to change certain areas on your personal page. A username and password will be set up by you for this ability. The areas you will not be able to change are: your statement of faith, clergy recommendation, picture, or audio file(s). These items will be administered by us.
- This is a voluntary site. You are not obligated in anyway to continue to participate in the “site” if you so desire.
Section 3: Participant Fees
- The annual fee will be $25.00. This is due and payable upon acceptance and execution of this agreement by both parties, and on the anniversary date of execution. You will receive an e-mail notification of renewal one (1) month prior to anniversary date. Acceptable forms of payment are: check, money order, credit/debit card, even cash! This fee is fully refundable within 30 days of execution for any reason.
- There will be a one (1) time set-up fee of $50.00. This is due and payable upon acceptance and execution of the agreement by both parties. It is non-refundable once the work is complete. This fee includes your first year fee!
